Does this product make your heart race?

It does not make your heart race at all. I'm very susceptible to products like that. I can't even tell I've taken it. I trust the product and take it regularly since I have a sluggish metabolism.

I am wondering why the label of this accelerator I received looks different from your picture and the one from Isagenix's official website?

They recently changed their labels but you aren't going to get the results you think using one product separate from a whole system made to synergistically work together to boost energy and lose weight. This product only works if used in conjunction with the other products. Plus you're paying more online then if you purchased through a distributor. Retail vs. wholesale pricing. Crazy to buy online

Is this the real thing?

I don't know what you mean by the real thing except yes it is name brand and the same as I bought originally through a chiropractor (when visiting CA) as an Isagenix dealer. I'm not sure the price is much better than a local distributor in your area. It is clumpy when mixed in a glass, so better to use a blender. Hope that helps.
