This is the one to buy. Outmost quality. I also bought 2 other brands on Amazon and it was complete waste of money and time. After running out Heltropfen, the other 2 were opened and both thrown into garbage bin directly after the first use. Just ordered few bottles of Heltropfen more!👍 P.S. I was buying another brand for a while, but they recently switched to plastic bottles, so no thank you. I had no idea there were options to buy 2% MB! Now I just have to remember that it is stronger; I keep accidentally squeezing out the same amount as my previous bottles of 1% purely out of habit. Using the 2% is better and stronger, but that means that my accidental drips are a bit more noticeable. I'm starting to get in trouble with family members though. If you spill, it stains immediately, but I get it out pretty easily by using a melamine sponge + hydrogen peroxide or vitamin C powder. That does the job. It's the little drips that I DON'T catch that get me in trouble. For example, I bought a new spout and straw for my water bottle and when I popped open my straw when it was still new, it opened with quite a force, and my water with MB in it shot up onto the ceiling at my brothers house, where it remains to this day because I can't reach it... so that didn't go over too well. :/ (Funny story: my niece was eating blue razz pop-rocks recently, and she couldn’t get them out of the tiny little cup she had them in, so i told her to put water in the cup as opposed to sticking her fingers in and staining her hand.... then she dripped the blue pop-rocks water down the side of the island, and guess who got blamed for that? Me. Nobody believed me that it wasn't a spill from my MB!!! I deserved it, and I suppose it was my fault in a different way, but still, the lesson is the same. Be careful with your MB.) The recommended dosage of 1% is 1-2mg per kg. I take 2mg per kilogram because I like to go max. I am approximately 60kg, so I do 120mg, which is however many drops it works out to according to the bottle (I forget what this new brand of 2% works out to. It has a long half-life, so it is recommended to not take the same dose every day because it builds up quickly and could cause a problem. Definitely DO NOT take with an anti-depressant. People talk about using 3 drops, working their way up to 10 drops, and I am just wondering where that comes from because it's common in the comments of all brands. That's not what I do. I usually put 2 dropperfuls into my water bottle for the day. I've been taking it on & off for about 1.5yrs and have grown to crave the taste. MB gives crazy dreams if taken before bed. Some people claim it causes nightmares, and I am sort of in agreement; I think it is more a problem of intensity, but I will say this: The super high intensity dreams (nightmares) are specifically different than normal for one reason, and that is the lack of fear while in the dream. That very well could just be me, but normally when I have anxiety dreams or nightmares, they affect me for days or longer. These dreams are MORE crazy, yet I am able to find a solution or fight back wisely within the dream where normally I'd be a helpless mess, lol. I think that's worth the intensity! Having said that, it doesn't always cause cool vivid dreams; it seemed to mostly happen in the beginning of taking it... maybe I'll try tonight taking it straight instead of in my water bottle spread throughout the day. I noticed that my body has no odor to it now. Importantly, I didn't notice a particular smell before, but I just noticed that I don't now even if I've had longer without a shower. Not anything special, just something unexpected that I noticed. I am wondering if it is a candida thing. Im not sure whether MB kills candida, but that would make sense because another unexpected side effect is that I don't crave sugar hardly at all. I usually bake desserts just so that I can eat them, and I get bummed out now because I have hardly any urge to bake... I usually take quite a few days off between MB bottles, and the urge to bake comes back. I put a drop or two into my cat's stainless steel water fountain and I noticed that I can go longer between cleanings, and when I do clean it, there is MUCH LESS biofilm. She is 12yrs old and her health is fantastic, and it seems she is much springier and her fur shinier and fluffy since I started doing that. ONE or two drops once every other week.

I started methylene blue with a competitor's little blue cubes, but now I find that this product is equivalent in consequence and at a much more reasonable price. I'm impressed by the manufacturer's credentials and product authentication. It's easy to use and you will not get blue mouth if you use a straw, as I do, for about 4-5 mg (4-5 drops in a glass of water).

Good for certain uses. Do your research on side affects.

I use methtlene blue this paticular one makes me fill unwell. Maybe others don't have that problem.

I am 72 and have used methylene blue for a year. It's benefits are remarkable. Besides giving me the energy of a much younger man, my memory has improved hugely and another unexpected benefit was that I no longer have the BPH that troubled me for a few years. Finding the right dose for you is important so take your time start slowly and increase dose as you adjust to it. Be very careful not to spill even a drop because it will stain. I spread an old towel on the counter and carefully drop into a glass of water, not tap water. MB has definitely improved my quality of life. Good luck 🤞🙏
