It good but door close so fast and make noise so we need a system which makes noise less by using attaching gum rubber

It doesn't need much space in comparison to other traditional door closers, quality wise no issue, you can install easily yourself if you have a drill machine at home, most important thing is that it can be removed easily when not required.
