Fast growing! Impressive!
I bought these seeds one month ago and WOW this is an amazing plant. I followed the directions, added some Miracle Grow, and LOOK! I just moved this out of the pot yesterday and OVER NIGHT it’s already climbing!!! I’m so impressed with how beautiful it is already and there’s not even and blooms yet. I can’t wait to see its flowers!

Wow! Can't believe I actually grew this vine from seed!
It took over a year to write this review because I had a lot of adventure with this plant. I received my order in record time. I soaked the seeds for 24hrs in a solution of 2 cups of filtered water with five drops of hydrogen peroxide. The following day, I prepared the soil mixture (Kellogg Organic Soil Potting Mix) sterilized with boiling water. When soil cooled, I put the soil mixture in 4 inch pots mixed with 1/4 teaspoon of organic cinnamon (to fight fungus and stimulate growth). I carefully drained the water the seeds were in and put some seeds in the 4 inch pot per the instructions. Then I put the pot in a Zip Lock bag, sealed it and put it in an area by the window to get indirect light. I repeated these steps until all the seeds were planted. After three days, I started seeing growth. I checked on them every three days to ensure the soil stayed moist but not wet (I used a sprayer to keep the soil moist). After ten days, they were growing like crazy. I transferred all the seedlings to a 16 inch pot and put them outside in full sun next to the wall in my garden. They got full Southern California sun from 10am to 4pm every day. I watered them every three days for two weeks, then once a week after. I fertilized the plant with regular garden fertilizer every other week during the growing season. The plant flourished and produced gorgeous violet flowers (I did not detect any scent). Then life got in the way. I had no time to care for the plant. I did not deadhead, forgot to water it, and it shriveled up and died. But to my amazement in late spring the following year, I saw a some tiny plants growing from the ground in the area where this beautiful vine grew. At first I thought the plants were weeds but I resisted pulling them out. I let them grow until I saw the leaves -- they were Heavenly Blue leaves! They grew from the seeds that must have fallen before the original plant died. Three months later, the vines are vigorously growing on a trellis. I don't expect any blooms this year as it is already late in the season. But I am just happy my Heavenly Blue lives on! Next chapter -- propagation. But that is a story for another day.

Lets play wait and see
Low star rating for now.... will update once the seeds have grown/leafed out/bloom. For those on the fence, the investment is small as for a package of seeds, your time is another aspect of tending to seed. That said, the seed 'morning glory' sprouted in a warm bath of water, placed in a saucer/covered with cling wrap. Over the course of several days, [not 24 or even 80 hours] about 70% of the seeds sprouted. IMHO that's average to above average germination. So... be mindful to ignore all the negativity, and germinate the seeds as aforementioned. Plant use a light touch in soil and keep misted daily, place outdoors weather permitting. So far, the seeds are viable and healthy, will update as the season progresses. Happy Planting!! BTW, would buy again, and recommend.

Less seeds
Not the amount of seeds as promised. This batch was only about half that or less in bag. Will see how they grow and report back.

Patience is key
I bought these in june 2022..planted towards end of May 2023..well, my 3 year old saw our newly done flower beds and pulled these seeds out of some drawer and demanded I help him plant these. So I obliged..we planted four to five seeds in each hole..for a total of 5 or 6 holes across the flower bed. I did not expect much given we did not follow directions and how old the seeds were. But each hole had baby plants in about a week and soon green vines took over the flower bed..but no sign of flowers from summer thru fall..then December came and all of a sudden an impressive display of blooms greets us every morning! The pic is from today Dec 28 2023. We live in houston so our winters are not quite cold..40s to 50s...and our sprinklers have not been on all December (maybe that led to flowers). So glad I got lazy about pulling these out in the fall because the flowers make me so happy!! Our kiddo's on the fly demand worked out so well!
