I've only managed to go out a couple of times whilst travelling on the road. The board has performed excellently in calm water and in the choppy sea. The shape of the board cuts through the water really well and the larger mid section is excellent for stability. Plenty of space and float to have another adult and even a couple of children on board. The additional handles and ring attachments are really beneficial. The handles were particularly helpful in the sea to gain control of the board.All the accessories are top quality. The strap is strong and comfortable. The oar looks amazing and performs excellently. The double end is just fantastic and so easy to connect. I've had no rotation on the handle or with the paddles. So far so good!The seat attaches easily and does actually work. I wasn't sure if it would support well but it does.The pump works really well. Of course it's an effort but nothing extreme. It takes a leisurely 10-15 minutes, with a couple of pauses. You could go crazy and probably do it in 5 minutes. Sharing the effort with someone would make it so easy. The board can be pumped up solid and is really rigid. This should be an indication of its high quality (hopefully). The pump allows you do change from a single to double action pump, brilliant option. Change it to single pump action when it starts to get hard and its easy again :-)I did have a faulty item but this has been dealt with promptly. Customer service was superb. They said they would send a replacement straight away and I believe that this has already been delivered. Slightly unfortunate, as I got the board to take with me on my travels but it wasn't a major issue and it hasn't prevented me using the board. I cannot praise the response enough.Overall, the package is brilliant and I highly recommend it. I was looking to buy a couple of cheap SUP boards for my family and almost went for two of the Amazon cheapest Top Sellers. However after doing a bit more research I decided to go for a pair of the Bluefin Cruise boards. The main reasons we went for Bluefin was the fact that they are a UK based company, and also they offer a 5 year warranty.I went for a 10'8" and a 12' thinking that between us I could happily paddle with my daughter and myself on the larger board and my wife on the smaller. Straight out of the box you could tell that this was a quality product. Putting everything together and inflating the board was simple. Each board was inflated to maximum pressure in under 10 minutes (with a short break in between!). The pump has two modes, one for high volume to get you going, then a high pressure mode to finish off.I am writing this review after having used both boards around 5 or 6 times in the first 2 weeks. I have to say that I love them and they are everything I was hoping for. They are super stable and glide effortlessly through the water. We have tried paddling with myself and 10 year old daughter both together on each of the boards and they handle it fine with no impact on performance (except for the wriggle factor :-)).Some other comments:- The paddle shafts are fibreglass and much lighter than the aluminium versions in other cheaper packages. I was looking at the Decathlon package and the paddle is definitely heavier.- The only real additional thing you need to get out on the water is a buoyancy aid (I know not compulsory - but why would you not!!), and some sun cream to get out and enjoy being on the water.- I purchased a couple of cheap 10 and 20 litre waterproof sacks and they stow nicely under the bungee cords.- I purchased a tow line with a couple of carabiners to use between my boards for when my daughter gets to tiered to paddle on her own.

Arrived 2 weeks earlier than scheduled and within 2 hours I was out on the water. An excellent, well made board. A little heavier than some, only a few pounds, but that's why it's so rigid and stable on the water. Besides, on the rare occasion you need to carry it any distance when inflated, buy a carrying strap. The bag is good quality and more than big enough for everything in the package in the main compartment, leaving a sizeable pocket for accessories. If you fit the pump and paddles on the side straps you can get an electric pump and a bouyancy vest in there too. The only niggle? The advertised gopro mount is not. It's a manufacturing fault on this year's models for which, if you email customer service, they apologise profusely and send you an adaptor. Mine arrived in 2 days. This is a lot of board for the money and if you go to the Bluefin owners page on Facebook you'll be looking a long time to find anyone dissatisfied.
