I started off with a manual-crank adjustable standing desk from IKEA. It was cheap, it worked, and it helped me prove that i do like a height-adjustable desk. But the manual-crank part of it was more of a chore than i bargained for so I went shopping for an upgrade to an electric. I wanted to keep cost as low as possible while still getting a good looking, reliable, quality desk. This was the one. I am happy with it. It was easy to assemble, the pilot holes are pre-drilled so it was easy to line the frame up correctly. The bamboo top looks good and feels solid, nice. The legs are sturdy and attractive. The electronics and motors work great, and the height range is ample for me. I’ve since added cable management, hangers, and an attached power station to the desk. It also easily supports clamp-on stands that my heavy powered audio monitors sit on, the fairly heavy Apple Pro XDR display, and more, without any signs of flexing. The motors don’t strain under the weight either (my gear is under the desk’s max weight specs). The things i don’t love are: 1) the frame under the desk that houses the motors is fairly large and to my surprise i hit my knees on it when i stretch out in certain (ie lounge-y) postures. If I had to do it again I’d probably get a C-shape frame instead of this H-shape. 2) the control panel is easy to bump and accidentally activate. You can lock it but that’s annoying when you want to use it. I mounted it where the pilot holes were which makes it flush with the edge of the desk. Looks good and is convenient, but i hate the accidental activation when i bump it. I might move it back an inch so it’s recessed under the desk. Easy fix, not much to complain about. Great desk!

I love this desk!! I work from home and get very antsy just sitting in a chair all day. As much as I shouldn’t have spent this kind of money on an adjustable desk and probably could have opted for a cheaper version I just felt this would be worth it and it was! When adjusting the height it moves very smooth and quiet. Wasn’t too difficult to assemble though did take some time. It is super sturdy. Sadly, I had to move 3 months after purchasing it and it is too large for the new place. so it is sitting in my parents extra bedroom not being used, shame. If I had the money I would def purchase this again but in a smaller size.

Don't let these elegant oval legs fool you. The frame on this table is a beast! Very heavy legs and motors. Chunky frame. Feels much more industrial than office use, yet looks very elegant. Bamboo table top is attractive and appear to be strong, yet still very light. The frame is also adjustable, so it can fit much larger tabletop, allegedly up to 80 by 36 inches, if one is willing to replace it. So, it can be upgraded in the future. Overall, this table can clearly handle a lot of weight and still looks attractive. It can go pretty low, down to 24.6 inches, so it should be great for shorter individuals and even older kids. It goes up to 50 inches, so good enough for NBA centers. Because bamboo top is so light, overall weight is not too bad. Not more than some heavy glued particle board tables. Powder coating appear to be well done, with just one small spot missed that I will touch up later. Overall, value for $530 or so is great! That a lot of table for the money. Few minor issues: 1. Specs "shrinkflation". Overall dimensions appear to be about 1 inches smaller than stated. The minimum height is closer to 24.6 than stated 23.6 inches. 2. Because parts are so heavy, assembling and lining up pre-drilled holes is a pain. Need two people, ideally. 2. Bamboo top is somewhat thinner than expected, just a bit more than half inch. It feels solid. However, it was slightly warped. 3. There are no pre-drilled holes in the middle of the table for the frame. It probably not needed for light office use, but screw are provided and instructions say to be screwed on. So, drilling may be required and you have to be very careful not to drill all the way through as top is thin. Oh, yes, drilling them straight is not easy. However, after being screwed on, warp largely disappeared. 4. For control module, screws needed are not identified or provided. I used the same screws as I did for the top. My concern was that screws would punch through or split the top, as driving them required a lot of force. I should have probably drilled them a touch deeper. But fortunately it did not happen. Module feels somewhat cheap. 5. The wiring cover under the frame is a bit oversized, kind of flimsy and feels like an afterthought. I did not not hit my knees on it as some other reviewers, but it does not feels like quality. I wish there was something slimmer and attached with screws, rather than kind of cheaply snap into place cover. 6. Anti-crash function, even at the most sensitive setting is still kind of strong. It probably because of overall lift capacity. I would be careful around young kids. Use child lock or kill power when not in use. 7. A bit of wobble at maximum extension, but pretty solid at more reasonable height, and very solid around low height.

I have had this desk for almost a year, and I LOVE IT! I got the 60x30 bamboo desk. The customer service is great - kind, and very responsive as well. It came packaged well, and wasn't too bad to put together - I did it by myself. The motors works flawless, and I really appreciate it having 3 stages so it has a huge range of motion. I move it alllll the time. My partner has a similar desk that was even more expensive, and this one is better. The edges are chamfered (I think that's the word?), but basically they are not sharp so you can rest your arms on it without discomfort (my partner had to get a mat to put over his on desk because they cut into his arms). Also, the legs and base are rounded, and designed with care compared to others, which I appreciate. One more comparison to others in how this is better is that theres nothing that bumps your knees/legs, just table, whereas others may put the cables/hardware too far towards the edge and its uncomfortable (another note from my partners desk). The top looks brand new still, and its been getting daily use all day. It is just super high quality. I really have no complaints. I would 10/10 recommend and buy again. If I we another desk, we'll be back!

It didn't eliminate the common problem of wobbling. While the desk appears sturdy, there is still noticeable wobble during simple tasks such as typing, even when it is not fully extended.
