Breast pump stopped working after very minimal use! Milk leaked into the motor, causing it to fail. This has been a major inconvenience as I rely on it daily. Not worth it!!!

The product is defective and not functioning

After several months still working fine, not sure if will still be good for a second child. I don’t use it everyday. Needed to buy inserts and with the guide offered to measure got a good solution. After extracting 2 or 3 times in a day, your nipples will definitely feel it, so it’s not equivalent to a massage.

Funciona genial, muy práctico..lo uso todos los días. Eso sí, no viene con adaptadores y según tu tamaño de pezón no te servirá directamente (lo quise usar en una emergencia la primera vez y no pude y tuve que encargar adaptadores). Muy buen producto en general!

Compré este Sacaleches ya que la marca tenía fama y una amiga se lo había comprado un poco antes. Lo llevo usando desde enero. Al principio bien pero al poco tiempo la batería solo me duraba una extracción de 15/20 minutos en cada pecho. Me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico y tras muchas pruebas que me hicieron hacerle al Sacaleches me enviaron otro motor. No un Sacaleches nuevo sino otro motor solo. Eso sería en febrero y ahora a final de marzo el Sacaleches no tiene fuerza, no succiona por lo que no saco nada. No puedo seguir haciendo banco de leche y mi lactancia se está viendo afectada por ello. Además, mi amiga también está teniendo problemas ya que a ella se le sale la leche de la concha ya que no hace bien el vacío y no le dan solución tampoco. Es un Sacaleches caro para nada. Me arrepiento mucho de haberlo elegido.

Great product and I have used it all the time, however after only 5 months there is a crack in the cap piece that connects to the pump. I was told by customer support, as this is only an accessory, it has 90 days warranty, which I understand but terrible quality as it creates the suction and falls under the non-washable parts. Also confusing in terms of this being an 'accessory' wouldn't you then be able to purchase the motor separately and add the 'accessories' that you needed to it? Instead, you have to buy the whole thing as a package and don't get a choice of the 'accessories' these are all an extra cost. The piece that broke is a vital part of the functionality that should really be able to withstand 6 months of use. Especially given how much you pay for these pumps. So, great product, but will be warning others that the quality is not good and lots of extra costs for 'accessories'. A shame.

Habe sie schon mehrmals genutzt, wenn ich ohne Baby unterwegs war, es ist sehr praktisch, da man beide Hände frei hat, die Pumpleistung empfinde ich auch als stark genug, ähnlich der elektrischen aus der Apotheke. Das man sie Nicht sieht ist Quatsch. Vor allem wenn man nur die Single hat.von der Lautstärke her ungefähr so als ob ein Handy vibrieren würde. Also in einem ruhigen Raum , wenn nur einer spricht ,hört man sie deutlich. Nichts des so trotz, eine enorme Erleichterung für den Alltag und auch für unterwegs, da man nicht an eine Steckdose gebunden ist.
