Calico Critters animal figures are the best!
These are really cute figures, well made, with clothes that come off and on adding to the fun. I buy Calico Critter figures and Honey Bee Acres accessories. Calico’s accessories, like houses and vehicles, are over priced in my opinion. Honey Bee accessories are well made and creative.

AS A MOM - SEEING HOW HAPPY THIS SET MADE MY CHILD - PRICELESS!
We got it as a gift from a family member. This was one of the first Calico set my child got. It moved me to tears to see how much joy it brought. You know the spark in their eyes when they are happy, you know this excitement that builds up as they anxiously open the package and remove all the obstacles that are between their little fingers and the prized box content.. and then finally the WOW! moment, as they hold each of the cute critter, and admire the details of the face, the little outfit detailing and as they run gently their fingers on the shapes and features of the animals.. and then finally taking setting them upin the most amazing pretend play situations.I just sit and marvel, how fabulously design this set is, how prefect it is for the little ones that itbring so much joy!My kids love those sets and often take them to their friends homes to share the joy.Also this is the favorite companion set for our family trips, when they go with my childthey make any place to feel like our home.It is truly adorable set and I highly recommend it.I recently learned that the Calicos are extremely popular in Japan and they are valuedfor their great quality, durability and unsurpassed curtness.LOVE IT! Small, cute, and fun
These are collectibles that my niece is enjoying! She is 14 and decided she wanted to collect all of them for her shelves.With that being said, you can order them for all kinds of ages. They are cute and fun. The quality of material is pretty durable too, so probably can withstand a young child. I would not recommend any younger than the recommended age of 3+. This is due to the possibility of the eyes coming off of the toys.
