I usually use Arcadia bulbs.
I have been informed that these bulbs last much longer if not used in a dome fixture. The build up of heat can blow the bulbs.

Both bulbs burnt out prematurely - one after 1 month and the second in less than a week.

Don't buy this light. Just don't.
Don't get this light. I've purchased it a few times because it has been recommended to me on several occasions. However, it often burns out after a few months, and the UV output drops off quickly, as far as I can tell. This light is priced at the higher end of these types -- it should perform like it, but that has not been my experience.

Best UV for reptiles!
These are better than the cheap ones and last longer, although should be changed regularly every year.

lesson learned
ordered these as sometimes they are hard to find in our home town. well I should have checked them as soon as we got them however they were spare so when we needed them only one worked
