Experiencing anxiety, but resistant to medicine. Therapist recommended, so I bought RelaxMax. Within 20 minutes, I noticed my level of anxiety lower. For me, this is non habit forming and can be taken either in the day or night. The powder is easily dissolvable with reasonable flavor. Excellent product!

Yes it's pricey, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. This helps me so much with my stress (stay at home mom of 3 boys: 4 years old, 3 years old and 1 year old). When I'm getting overstimulated or just plain ragey, this SERIOUSLY helps calm me down without making me feel loopy or sleepy. I like the cherry flavored version personally. I've been using this for months and will continue to do so. I haven't had any side effects sipping about 36 oz of water with 2-3 scoops throughout my afternoon - but if you're just starting out I'd start with just the amount in the directions to see how your gut does since it does have magnesium.

Really helps to relax at night before bed. Tastes like medicine but is not terrible mixed in a small amount of water. Recommended by holistic dr. Stole a scoop from the wife, and wow... That whole-body feeling relaxation is fantastic. One suggestion from someone who's typically a morning person, start with half a scoop and see how sleepy you still are in the morning. (It's that effective) PS: it's delicious and worth every penny.

This is a must have product for me that I will continue to purchase! I sleep so much better!! I take it an hour or a half hour before bed and I fall asleep much easier. I mix it in a little water and stir. It comes in a powder form and mixes in. You can mix it with another beverage too. I also turn off the electronics!
