I have trigger finger and was wearing a splint at night that was tight and extended the full finger. It was uncomfortable and would slip off. This is comfortable and stays on the full night. The best part of this splint is the fact that it does not extend the full length of the finger. This allows some movement at night without affecting the base of my finger. If you have the same affliction, my other tip would be to stretch your finger exercises. Lay your hand palm down on a table and lift your palm as to pull the finger back. This stretches the tendon

These splints seem well constructed, the rigid part comes out for washing, and they're comfortable for a medium-small sized hand, but it looks like they'd do well for a larger hand, too. They're easy to attach and adjust. Research into trigger finger indicates that immobilizing all the joints of the finger is what helps, since the problem is in the tendon. Most of the splints I've found on my own either splint just the finger or just the first knuckle joint. This system isn't perfect but it offers both and it's possible to use both at the same time, so this is the best one I've found. It would be better to have a single splint that runs from the palm all the way to the end of the finger, but with this system you get two for one so if there's a need to splint only one or the other you're covered.

It does help with trigger finger pain, however the device is flimsy at best and of questionable quality.
