Mine was in a flat Duncan Hines plastic sealed box like I assume would be delivered to a grocery store and that was in Amazon box with other items I ordered.

Q: how do i flavor the vanilla icing with coffee?

I would use coffee flavoring syrup. Starbucks has some. Amazon offers many flavors. Use like vanilla.

Q: The picture for buttercream frosting is actually cream cheese how do i know which one I'll get?

They are two different type of frosting. Butter cream is made out of butter, confectionery sugar etc. cream cheese frosting has cream cheese in it
