Bought for party's and hot weekends. This works amazingly. Im pondering a second or a larger unit when we have 30 plus people over. Clean, quite,steady exactly what your fridge cant keep up with.

This ice maker is not only tiny and compact, but also suitable for home use and small restaurants, and it takes up no space. You don’t need to worry about no room to fit. The most important thing is that it makes ice quickly and has low noise.

Ice machine has been working great so far. Fairly simple to install. I still have a few things to learn as far as the the size of the ice cubes.

This ice maker has been a blessing for our church. It makes plenty of ice quickly, is easy to use, and the storage capacity is just right for our gatherings. Reliable and efficient - highly recommend!

Stainless steel protection coating is supposed to peel right off. However, the manufacturer left the coating on when they press bent the panels. Once the unit was put together, the coating wraps around the panel and prevents you from peeling off the coating completely. What you get are jagged edges of left over coating. I was forced to take the thing apart to get all of the coating off. This was an easy set up. The only thing I would suggest along the way is that you get a different filter than the one that comes with it as it’s a very, very starter filter I chose a D scaler as well as a 5 µm filter to try to reduce the amount of particulates in the ice. Not because I cared about the ice as much as I do about the icemaker and clogging up and having to clean it more often than not. The manual recommend recommends cleaning every month for the water holding area and every three months for the rest of it. Overall so far was easy to set up the cubes that it makes are very thick so they last longer I just recommend when you buy this. You also buy bags for your eyes as the Hopper alone is not enough to fill a cooler. If you bag your eyes along the way and stick it in your freezer, you’ll have plenty of ice for the future. I’m updating this review two months post ownership and it’s still working great as expected. I recommend getting this. Remember you have to bag your own eyes cause it doesn’t hold probably 10 to 15 pounds of ice.

Unfortunately it doesn’t make ice. Just leaks water. It’s huge so it’s going to be a pain to return ***update. Customer service 10/10. Shipping back was easier than expected and we received a replacement that works great

Nice ice machine at first but after a few months it started acting up and stopped producing ice and leaking water everywhere now stopped working all together
