These bars are absolutely delicious. They are 70% cacao. This is actually healthy for you. I do find they taste better when I let them melt in my mouth slowly than when I start chewing immediately. Letting them melt in my mouth is a more delicious experience anyway.

Generally, Hu Chocolate is very clean. It is tasted, and does not have any heavy metals. It is not cheap; however, you get what you pay for. Coffee flavor seems to be my favorite :)

New favorite! One square is enough because it's rich & satisfying. It's much like having a chocolate covered coffee bean, but more intense, richer...perfect. I enjoyed a square with a big cup of decaf black tea added 1 Tbls half & half , 1 Tbls pure maple syrup. I'll purchase again!

Great taste but what the hell happened to the price? I just ordered this last week for under $5 per package. Now it's $7?
