Hello. We asked DoMatcha's owners. Here is their answer: Master's Decaf is not an organic matcha, however very clean and each batch is tested. It is manufactured for us by a grinder that has been in the tea industry for over 300 years, very highly respected grinder in Japan and I completely trust their process. Partnering with Marukyu Koyamaen requires integrity and high standards. Outside of Japan they work with DōMatcha® only. They won best matcha award in Japan for approximately 21 years in a row.
