Wholesome, bland but just add seasoning!
Satisfying, but adding some extra sharp cheddar for extra last half minute, then pepper and salt, and it is delicious. Some like bland, but I like more definite seasoning.I like this company, and also buy their potato cheese and onion croquettes, and their carrot and parsnip mash. I just ate my enhanced cauliflower cheese for breakfast/brunch and my tummy feels cosy.

That it softens when cooked
Hopefully the cauliflower cheese will soften up in the oven, as they are very hard to eat otherwise, and I hate throwing food away, but if it doesn't soften, I can't manage, if this is good quality shouldn't be a problem,then I will enjoy thoroughly

I did like these but sometimes the cauliflower is more stalk and less floretI have it for lunch sometimes and add a bit of extra cheese

Was very tasty, and the bread crumbs just add that extra to the texture, lovely! Recommend cooking in oven 😋
