Was damaged in shipping, the seller was wonderful and helped refund the appropriate amount to get new parts! Kids party was a blast and the snow cones are the best!!!

It's ok
I own a shaved ice business in a small town. I bought a new machine so we could get perfect ice every time. It's super slow the finer ice that we need gets stuck around the blade. I've used older machines I've used cheaper new machines. I just thought a brand new one was where it was at. It's ok,
