I just bought this winch bumper for my 2019 Toyota Sequoia. But since no one make a winch bumper for my Sequoia I ordered this one for a 07-13 Tundra and it fits perfect. And yes it is winch ready. I put a Warn 10,000lbs winch on it with no problems

Q: Do you have to buy a separate license plate holder?

I drilled two holes in the winch area em put my plate there.
