This tahini tends to be thin, almost pourable, but is excellent in flavor and smoothness. Makes great hummus.

Easy to use and tastes great!
I have used several different brands of Tahini. Soom is the tastiest and creamiest that I have used. Most of the others are gloppy, thick and difficult to measure. I can easily pour this out of the jar after minimal mixing. Sometimes I just shake the jar a bit. I have many uses for Tahini - among them is hummus and various dressings. The quality and taste are terrific. I find this tahini a great value and I will continue to use this brand.
