BS Labelling (not a good sign), here's the actual, per chew. Glucosamine Hydrochloride HCI 400 mg Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 100 mg Chontroitin Sulfate Sodium 100 IU Vitamin E 25 IU Vitamin C 25 mg Omega-3 59 mg Omega-6 16 mg Hyaluronic Acid 5 mg Yucca 30 mg Inactive ingredients: Brewers Dried Yeast, Canola Oil, Citric Acid, Dried Potato Product, Glycerin, Lecithin, Maltodextrin, Mixed Tocopherols, Natural Flavoring, Rosemary Extract, Sorbic Acid, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Oil, Water.

Q: Why the misleading ingredient amounts that refer to the whole container rather than a single chew?

This crappy product is misleading in the ingredients. When I got it I read and It has canola oil vegetables oil maltodextrin and other trash here on this site it doesn’t say it. Don’t buy it

Q: How do I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the product it is not helping my dog?

Good luck. Also the company that makes it Will Make Good On It. I And Others have been treated rightly

Q: After opening what is the storage? What is the shelf life after opening?

The container has a screw on top that will be quite sufficient for storage after opening. As this product is recommended to be used on a daily basis it should stay fresh the entire time it's used. None opened products should stay ok for at least a year, but anything after that the producer of the product should be consulted.
