Delicious but pricey
I love love love lemon, so I was super excited to try this dressing. It absolutely did not disappoint! Very bright and tangy, perfect for salads or marinating. I think this would be particularly delicious on whitefish or chicken. I love that the ingredients are clean with nothing unrecognizable. You do have to shake this really really well, it does have natural separation because There are no weird emulsifier in it. Also if you don't use it all at once and end up putting it in the fridge, you'll probably wanna leave it out at room temperature for a few minutes before you need to use it because avocado oil can thick and significantly when it's cold. I do wish this were a bigger bottle, or a bit less expensive so that I could purchase it all the time but as it is it will be an occasional treat purchase instead.

Great grilled chicken marinade
I read this wrong and thought it was a balsamic glaze, but this is just a dressing. It's a bit more expensive than I'd like for just a dressing (more in the ballpark of what I'd pay for a glaze) but it seems to be a quality product. I've used it as a marinade for grilled chicken and it tastes fantastic. Even better on salads where the dressing really shines through. The ingredients are simple and there's nothing strange or artificial that jumps out at me. Quality product.Although it's in a glass bottle, it was well packed from the manufacturer with its own bubble wrap. Because of the extra protection, I wouldn't have any worries ordering this dressing alongside other items that might get damaged. It seemed well protected and packed.

Shake it a bunch, it's very garlicky
First thing you got to realize is that this needs shaken a lot. You probably need to shake it more than you think you need to. It does not like to mix unless you shake it and shake it and shake it. You'll find that out if you go to dump it on something and a big glob of oil flops out after some watery stuff comes first. The flavor is a bit odd. I'm not tasting a whole lot of lemon in there. There's a lot of flavor, but it's mostly garlic. It's actually mostly sort of raw garlic. I think maybe it's the lemon interacting with a garlic that makes the garlic taste like raw garlic. It definitely doesn't taste like properly cooked garlic or roasted garlic. As a salad dressing it definitely flavors everything quite a bit. It's not one of those dressings that barely tastes like anything. It coats everything, and makes everything taste like garlic. That is one nice thing about the avocado oil that's in there, it doesn't just run off of things. In other words, the viscosity is quite nice for salad dressing.I absolutely love garlic. I'm Italian. I'm fairly certain my blood is at least 30% garlic. I put it on everything. So, when I say this is quite garlicky, you can believe that it's garlicky. If you were the type of person who doesn't like things to be too garlicky, you are not going to like this at all. It certainly isn't bad. I'm just not entirely sure about how lemon and garlic mix here. I've definitely mixed the two flavors on meat before. It's just that I'm not sure if they quite work when they sit in a dressing like this for a long time. The garlic kind of overwhelms the lemon, while the lemon makes the garlic taste raw. I certainly didn't mind eating a salad with this all over it. It's just it's something that I don't think I'd ever go out of my way to get again.

This is great
Flavor:I'm not generally a fan normally of some anchovy Caesar dressings but some of them are pretty good. This is one of the good ones. The chicken Caesar salad that I made with this was absolutely delicious. The oil coated every leaf of lettuce perfectly.Value:At 8oz, it's a small bottle, but a little goes a long way as it thinly coats your salad. I'd say that this could do about 9-12 salads. (about 3-4 salads for the family).Currently at over $1.5 per ounce, it's one of the more expensive dressings as you can find other Caesar dressings for a tenth of that price. That said, it's one of the better tasting dressings with much more appealing ingredients.Ingredients:One of the main ingredients are Avocado oil, which is a great oil. (Today, people are avoiding seed oils and this isn't a seed oil.) The next main ingredient, interestingly, is pear juice.I'm not going to lecture on the ingredients list, so check it out for yourself. It's one of the better ingredient lists I've seen. As with most dressings it does have a good amount of calories and sodium.

Too Darn Spicy!!!
This dressing is super uber spicy with wayyyyyy too much heat. No idea why the soft and subtle flavor of artichoke is being overpowered with chili spice. The manufacturer responded with a contrite note, but nothing of substance. I’d stay away from this product until such time as the gurus figure out how to make the recipe equal the description. It’s an unfriendly flavor masquerading as something else.
