Awesome small high pressure pump
I am very impressed with this product. It is small approximately 9" long and 7/8" on the bottom enlarging to 1 1/8" in diameter on top. It is very light and it comes with frame bracket or you can carry it in a backpack. Just like other reviewers mentioned there are no levers in this pump, it has a pop and twist on mechanism. For presta valve you pop the head out and twist it on the valve. Pumping tires to 130-140PSI is much easier than with my mini-topeak blaster. Manufacturer states that this product can pump up to 210 PSI, I don't know about that. One drawback to this pump is a lack of pressure gauge. My old topeak comes with the gauge which I believe is helpful to avoid overinflation. If Rausch can improve their product I would suggest figuring a way to incorporate a pressure gauge in it. To address this shortcoming I ended up ordering a separate digital pressure gauge. In sum this is a great high quality product with some minimal shortcoming (ie lack of the pressure gauge) that I would highly recommend to all roadies out there.Additional comments: contacted the company and Timo Rausch was great. They are going to send me a new pump and a new tube. Apparently the issue is that the head of the pump should not be screwed onto the valve but rather pushed in the open presta position straight on. After a few strokes a pump is suppose to latch onto the valve without air leaking due to air pressure. Company will be creating PDF instructions.

Great Pump, not so great mount.
The pump itself is of very good quality. The functionality is superb. It is also an attractive piece of equipment from a design aspect. My only issue is with the mount included. It is almost as though half of it is missing. While I will be keeping the pump, the mount really has no reasonable way to attach to my bike easily. If the attachment had a two sided attachment then it could be fit around one of the tubes but the bike side is only half a mount and is designed to be screwed on somewhere. I will likely fit it into a bag and carry it that way. Which is a shame in some ways because as I said, it is a good looking piece of kit.

Broke in the field
Broke in the field. It was one of those days, where my buddies did not have their pumps with them. I relied on this one. The part that connects to the valve snapped off during my attempt to put air in my tire. The pump seems to be sturdy except for that critical point that snapped off.

Threading onto valve stems gives the sense of a sturdy connection. The parts feel well-built
An attractive piece of aesthetic/industrial design. Presta/schrader pump head is clever. Threading onto valve stems gives the sense of a sturdy connection. The parts feel well-built. The cylinder feels extraordinarily sturdy, even when fully extended. It is lightweight. The cost for the quality is good. It came with the necessary mounting components (although the offset mounting might be improved by a mount directly over the screws). Why only three stars? Because it's great art but troublesome bike pump in only the first day:a. A roughly 1/4" (tiny) diameter rubber ring from inside the pump head got stuck and dislodged onto my presta valve stem upon disconnect. This issue was repeated on two tubes from different manufacturers. Stuffing the rubber ring back inside the pump head and re-seating it required careful use of a small tool. Scared of the prospect of this happening on the road in the middle of an incident.b. Pump head assembly came unscrewed from the cylinder. While unscrewing the presta valve from one valve stem, the entire pump head unscrewed from the pump cylinder. Because the pump head rotates freely, it was almost impossible to torque the pump head back into the pump cylinder. This nearly resulted in a product return. I don't know if tapered threading like NPT, a tack weld, glue, or other solution could avoid this issue (the aluminum material is soft and I can tell that high torque would destroy the threads) but again this is not something I want to deal with on the road side. The summary:From an aesthetic/industrial design perspective, this thing is a little piece of art. From a functional perspective, that only seems to put its shortcomings in starker contrast. Regardless, it is of higher quality than similarly-priced flimsy plastic competitors, and this is evidenced by the fact that I could actually repair it when it broke! For cheap pumps made of plastic, a break is irreparable and you have zero options. So I recommend this only compared to other minipumps at the same price range which are of far inferior quality by comparison.

Looks great, but I had issues!
I really wanted this pump to work well since it matched my bike great, but ended up disappointed. Here are my issues:- The mounting bracket makes the pump offsite to the side of whatever bar you mount it on. I wanted it to mount parallel to the bar so it would not protrude- It says it will pump up to 90lb of air, but good luck there, I pumped like heck and never got higher than @ 60lbs (I needed the 90).- After pumping for a while, mine developed a leak around the valve. I kept having to screw it on and off and I think after a while it worked itself our of its fit and started leaking. It feels and looks like a high quality product, but it just did not work out for me and had to be returned.

Excellent bike pump
Rausch didn't take any shortcuts building this pump. I needed something tough and that's exactly what they delivered. Very robust construction, easy to install, easy to use. If you like rough terrain like me, no need to worry..the pump stay's put with the stock strap. No need for zip ties. Buyer's beware, as with every portable pump I have owned, inflating a tire does take effort believe it or not :) This pump decreases that effort compared to most. Works well on either valve. Take your time when threading the pump to the valve. Don't cross thread it and then call it junk..more like operator error. Take care of it, it will take care of you in an emergency situation. Keep the pump in line with the valve when pumping, or you will snap your valve or destroy the pump, that would be a jack wagon mistake. Clean the pump when it's dirty, that will prolong it's life. This pump is well worth the money and wont let you down. I will be ordering another for the back burner. No complaints here. Thanks Rausch!!
