It can't get wet and it's made for water flow
This has been sent back already.. It's a piece of garbage

NOT NPT
As noted by others BEWARE not NPT threads as advertised the threads are BSP. The adaptors each cost more than the flow meter if you need NPT.

Does the Job
This digital flow meter does the job well. It’s really large at 3 inch piping. It is easy to use and has good instructions. Installation is quite easy if you use the right Teflon tape with what liquid you are using with it. Overall, I think it’s a good product.

Well, calibrated flow meter
This flowmeters fantastic able to easily monitor how much water my pool is taking in when the automatic field turns on has a great feature. The only thing I wish I did have was a way to tie into the system and trend data. However, I just take periodic checks and log them in a binder.

Threads Are Not NPT
The threads on this unit are not compatible with N.P.T. we had to weld camlock ends on as it seems like a British thread. Seems like is it British thread. This cost us some extra unforeseen welding costs.
