I rated overall a 1 because it provided no lift and no extra cleavage or anything. Only one size available, maybe two small. I’m not very busty to begin with and was expecting a little more.

Just what I wanted
It came with a cut "seems like it happened during packaging-although only paper towels and cashews were in the same box". Not sure if the cut will be noticeable through the bra or it will get bigger in more usage but the quality of these inserts are A+. I highly recommend them.

They’ll fit into a bra comfortably but look kinda weird in a bikini. If you’re buying it for a bikini I would size up one.
