Diesel Injector Tester 60MPa

This diesel injector tester is used to adjust the injector opening pressure, a seat nozzle oppression, and performs leak tests, spraying atomization repetition modeling tests and characteristic testing of gossip.

This diesel injector tester comes with a heavy 0 to 600 BAR / 0 to 8700 PSI dual scale gauge, which helps stabilize vibrations in the needle, providing more accuracy in results and increase

Excellent Manometer Test- In basic design with 0-60M Pa (0-600 bar/ 0-8700 psi) pressure gauge and 0.75L fuel measuring cup with a 5-micron original Bosch filter help to test the opening pressure of the injector and the valve accurately.

Durable Aluminum Body- The fuel injection nozzle tester is made of selected high-quality materials to ensure a long-last use. It has a sturdy aluminum body, stainless pressure gauge and a plastic transparent oil cup.

Multifunctional Tests- This fuel injector tester is the special equipment for inspecting fuel injectors. It can verify various mechanical tests of fuel injectors, such as opening pressure test, leakage test, atomization, and chattering test. With diversity function, and simple operation.

Application- Widely used in the calibration of fuel injectors of diesel engines of automobiles and tractors. It is suitable for all types of diesel injectors except (CRDI) Common Rail Diesel Injectors.
