Go For It [1983]

Two strangers get into a bar brawl and steal a truck, somehow they are then mistaken for secret servicemen and go along with the charade in the hope of getting a million dollars.The bad guys meanwhile believing them to be a genuine threat, and the only thing that stands in their way of absolute world domination.Of course one mishap leads to another and our hapless duo are the only ones left to save the day...This is fine fun it really is, with Spencer and Hill getting up to all manner of madcappery.Of course it's all very silly, with plenty of stunts, inane sight gags, slapstick fisticuffs, bonkers gadgets, not to mention the mandatory, 'euro poppy' music!There's a sequence involving a killer whale that gets repeated, some clever CIA stuff, a whole glut of James Bondery, a really ugly bullet proof (shame) Cadillac, and an ending that reminds you of the West/Ward Batman series.I love K1!As I said, I thoroughly enjoyed this and put it up there with their best stuff. Good, zany family fun.The UK dvd is a good enough print. There's nothing much in the way of extras, apart from a montage/stills gallery, but overall if you see the UK disc cheap, it's well worth picking up..4.75/5

Nothing to dislike

Got this copy of the movie. It was nice, got some of the best music I've ever heard, and was... Open Matte. Although it was from a Finnish distributor (Future Film) the disc was made in Germany. The picture and sound quality was nice. Actually one of the movies that actually is FUNNY and stuff.

I saw this as a kid. Loved it. Still find it hilarious. It is one of my favourites.

Bud & Terence are a guarantee of loads of fun.

Mistaken for CIA agents after wreaking a diner, stealing a truck these two villians (Terence Hill & Bud Spencer)get into a case of trying to find $1 million. As Secret Agents they find they get some perks which is where the comedy comes in. The duo get really into the case like they believe they are these two crack hot agents they've been mistaken for. The film of course has the mark of all Hill & Spencer movies with the fun, action, comedy and great slapstick fights. In this romp they even add a car chase or two so it becomes a non-stop fun packed ride from start to finish. This is one of those films all fans of these two would love so go on GO FOR IT
