Not right texture
These were chewy and stuck to my teeth instead of being light and crunchy. The airy and crunchy texture is the entire point of puffed food

Tastes really good!
I bought this puffed quinoa to use in recipes, but it is actually good as a cereal with milk and berries. I was taken aback by the size of the bag, but now I am happy it’s so big. I’ve used this product to make my own chocolates and crackers. Planning to experiment with other snacks. Recipes are on the internet!

Lacking in crunch and flavor
Not very crisp at all. I tried toasting them in oven for a few minutes to help make them more crispy, and that made them only marginally better. Not very tasty. I found them disappointing and would not recommend. Perhaps someone knows a better way to make them more palatable?
