Works great
I ended up returning this because my unit ended up coming with this kit, I ordered them at the same time. With that said the kit fits perfectly and I had no issues with the install. The screw holes all lined up, the included hardware is great and the remote syncs with the unit and has follow me so the temp is measured where the remote sits.My rig has ducts so I mostly use them but when I'm hot and need a quick cool down then opening the dump delivers cold air shower which is awesome.For my Jayco Northpoint the included additional dam piece fit perfectly, I didn't need to trim it.

Works great, some tools, modifications, and assembly required depending on your RV model
Today is day one. I almost returned it thinking it was not compatible. I am glad I didn't. It works great. Very pleased. The only thing I have not figured out yet is how to get the cord around it where it connects to the lines in the AC. YouTube should help us figure that out. Setup was easy. Have a wire cutter and wire stripper handy when you work on it. You will need one or two small y-fork wire connectors, a socket to drive in the long bolts on the ac for the mount for this, and foil tape is good to have on hand. We had to make some modifications for it to be compatible for our popup camper, but this coupled with the new furrion unit we bought works really great.

NOT INCLUDED IN A/C PURCHASE
Furrion could do a lot better job of letting people know they NEED to buy this when they buy the air conditioner. I had to dig around a while. Other than that, works exactly as it should, and installed exactly as explained in instructions.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works good for now. In humid places you need a dehumidifier to remove humidity unless it will build up monsters.

Perfect match with 18k Chill Cube Roof Top Unit
Works perfectly when attached to the Furrion 18k Chill Cub roof top unit. This unit does come with the metal mounting bracket and the foam insulation piece to separate intake and exit air.

Love the integration and the motorized louver
This is just the piece that you interact with the most from the chill cube unit, but it is very smart. I love that the moving louver shifts the air output, the fact that you can use the “follow me“ on the remote so the service thermostat stays with you, and the fact that you can turn off the LEDs when you’re sleeping

Missing parts
Annoyed! The package showed up on time buts it missing the remote. I can’t use the a/c with out the remote as my ceiling is very tall

Not compatible
Would have been great if it was compatible with what we have. All of our research said it would but failed to mention that you had to have an existing thermostat or install one. We did return and got a credit
