This actually helps. I suffer from severe TMJ, which caused my neck muscles to tighten and hurt, but this actually does help to ease some of the pain. ( for me even pain medication does not relieve all of my pain, so some is all I can expect out of anything). It took a few times to get use to the "heating", which honestly to me seems more like the bumpy texture rubbing and creating a warm feeling rather than actual heating. Some times the bumpy texture does make my neck itch, but it does what they promote so 5 stars.

Doesn't support neck at all but it does get hot to an almost burn so I suggest once you start to feel the heat remove immediately to prevent any burns. The heat is great for neck tension and headaches as I surprisingly discovered on the 1st day of use. Even used it for my achy shoulder and wonderful. Again remove once you start to feel the heat or else!

This is a product that would better fit a younger child's neck. I'm a 5'3" 127 lb female and it chokes me. Plus it has a horrible odor. I thought about washing it but what's the point since it's too small anyway and washing it could potentially make it even smaller. This was definitely a bad buy but not worth the return shipping to return. :-(

I wore it for an hour. It didn’t seem hot at the time. Then about 15-20 minutes after I took it off, my neck started to sting and burn. I tried putting aloe Vera gel on but my neck is on fire! Currently icing my neck with a bag of frozen blueberries. Will try it again in a few days for 5 minutes only. Holy cow! Feel the burn 🔥

Husband got this for me for Christmas. Bless his heart, wants to help me out of my neck pain. This is not a "brace", and the very small magnets (if that theory works) have nearly no magnetic power.

Tag ends are too short for a mans neck. Exothermic heater gets too hot.

This item is useless. If i hadnt tried to give it the best try. Id have sent it back. But i wore it all night. Never any heat or anything else for that matter. Dont waste your money like i did!

This has been the perfect neck brace for me. It gives support with bulkiness and actually warms the back on the neck.
