included screws worked well for fixing to a ceiling joist for a swing. as sturdy as the joist.

There is no way this can losen or come undone if installed properly which is easy to do. Great product and sturdy. I hoghly recommend it for a heavy bag or anything else you are hanging involving several hundred pounds

I am super happy with the quality of this mount. I wanted something I new could take the abuse of my kids swinging side to side on the climbing rope in our garage. I did place a board between the mount and the drywall, I was afraid it would flex and dig into the drywall, or I would not be able to get it as tight as I wanted. It works great and have had no issues. You can tell just holding it, that it is a well made product. Would not hesitate to buy again if I needed another.

I ordered three different sets of ceiling mounts. One was too large, one was too small… This one is perfect !!! They have good Aeye-appeal & excellent strength. Just make sure you mount them on center into the floor joists above.Just like Goldilocks and the three Bears :-)

Used this for the anchor of my daughter’s gymnastics climbing rope. It’s sturdy enough to hold me as a 225lbs grown man as I climb the 22’ rope.

Purchased these and attached them to our dock. We needed an attachment point for a rope to secure a couple of Kayaks. The loop gives the initial impression that it's pretty sturdy and appears to be more than up to the task we're using them for. Nicer in person than the pictures suggest. If they start rusting I will update my review... but as long as they don't it seems like money well spent.

Installed it and added my TRX belts and no problems at all!

Rock solid once installed perfect for my heavy duty resistance bands.Only complaint I have is the small piece of paper in the box doesn’t tell you what size drill bit you need so I ended up having to start small and work my way up until the hole was big enough for the bolt to bite into the wood and screw in.

I can’t say if they’ll hold the listed weight capacity but I have used them to hold 220lbs so far and they haven’t budged at all. Well made product and easy to install.

I installed in my garage ceiling, the lag bolts looked good quality. Have only hung 400 lbs on it so far, but it held it easily.

Works well for heavy bag

Intended to use it for resistance bands but the diameter of the hole is too small. Wouldn't recommend for workout related use.
