It’s a nice reasonably priced hair tool and the purple is so pretty! I like the different heat settings and that the cord is nice and long. I appreciate it has no motor blowing my hair around making it frizzy, it definitely helped my hair look smoother and it’s not all knotty like when I use a wand or flat iron. The ads I seen said it doesn’t catch your hair, it does. Not a huge amount but my hair was being pulled out around the handle area trying to do a blow out style. Was it substantial enough to dislike to the tool? No, but with my thin hair it was getting caught on something.

Unlike hot air brushes, the Wavytalk is a ceramic barrel thermal brush. This means that it does not blow air. It heats up like an iron or a tongs, but it has bristles that detangle and give shape. Ceramic ionic barrel: Helps reduce frizz and provides shine. Dual voltage brostles: Ideal for traveling. Cold tip: So you can hold it with both hands without burning yourself. Multiple temperatures: Adjustable according to your hair type.

This was one of the best investments I have made for my hair. I went from using a flat iron exclusively on my hair for about 15 years, to using this only. I use it on the lowest setting because my hair is fine and the shape stays formed for days after using. Like any blow out, the more you take care of it the better. However I am not always able to do that because of my busy life style. I can just use it and go. Very quick at getting my hair styled, and doesn’t snag my hair when I use it correctly. It does take some practice but not much as I was able to achieve a slightly curled blowout my first time using. I would busy this again, and recommend to friends.
