I have purchased several other knee brace apparatus. I have severe arthritis in my knee and I have a torn meniscus that can’t be operated on so this was my only other option. I’ve returned all of the other knee braces I’ve ever purchased just received this one. I put it on. It fits great it does not slip and fall and it actually has braces on the side that actually give me support. Highly recommend.

Now before anything: Measure your legs. For me, I got the XL because I am a big dude. 330 pounds 24% bodyfat. I used the elliptical far too much and this caused knock knees. Its been getting better since I started using the treadmill. The doctor recommended a knee brace but I cant afford that so I got this. It works extremely well. First of all, this product is a tight fit and a bit of a hassle to get on and off but thats any knee brace. I was told to use it as much as possible as I stand a lot and it definitely is helping me stand properly. This brace pushes your knees a bit forward so that you can maintain a proper standing position more easily. I have been using this so far most of the day and I can honestly say after standing for 4+ hours that this product has reduced stress on my hips, abs, and legs dramatically. It has helped tremendously and is a good replacement for a 300$ knee brace. I also use a back brace with this as well. I think this product is useless for skinny people who dont stand too much and have no knee issues. But if you are heavy, stand a lot, have knee issues of any kind, or have back issues, this product is likely to be of tremendous help and can be easily worn at work with no issues. As long as you dont mind people being obnoxious, which I dont.

This is a pretty great knee brace but it does get scratchy in the back of the knee when you wear it all day long. I’m sure it’s from all the Velcro on it so you’d have to place it just right and it’s always better when someone else puts it on for you. Otherwise, it’s very durable and it does not fall apart as quickly as the stretchy ones you have to pull up over the knee.

This is my second one. Pros: It does help my arthritic knee. It helps with stabilization and there is plenty of adjustments you can make to keep it snug. Cons: The hole in the center, while allowing for the bending of the knee, doesn't help with my meniscus issues. The bar on each side eventually poked a hole through the fabric. The velcro on the top strap has stopped staying secure (first purchase). I have large thighs so ordered the XXL according to the measurements. It has worked well for me for the last 6 months or so. I ordered an XL this time as the XXL did have some excess fabric. The XL will work and while it doesn't strap over as far as the XXL, it is far enough and lessens the excess fabric issue. For the money, this is a decent brace.
