These are really good quality lightweight trousers. I can't see a single manufacturing fault or loose thread anywhere. Nice ripstop fabric, solid fastenings. Their being unhemmed with no option for different leg lengths is a little annoying, I'll now have to find somewhere to get it done properly (propper-ly?), but I knew that when I bought them. This would be an avenue for improvement though, to have pre-hemmed leg length options. I do have two issues with these trousers, one of which costs it a star. One, the cargo/leg pockets are about an inch, an inch and a half too low down the leg in my opinion, too close to the knee. I have to lean to the side to access them properly, whereas on other cargo trousers I have the pockets are slightly higher and I can reach in and to the bottom with my arm's natural length without having to lean. It's minor, I know, but it's there. Two, and most importantly for me, and this is the one that costs the star, the waist is not the advertised size. When the elasticity is fully extended it's two inches smaller than advertised and labelled. I've measured this directly against other trousers I own. Those are X inches in the waist, these are X-2 inches. Order a couple of inches larger than you'd normally wear and you'll be fine. Unfortunately for me I live in England and bought these from the Global Store so I'm not returning them, far too much hassle. More motivation to lose weight, I guess.

Excellent cargo trousers, well made but only issue to be aware of is the sizing, they are quite baggy in the leg and the waist size can vary, seems to be a bit potluck, i have both 36 and 38 waist and they that are the same size, i think one is an asia fit, not sure but something to be aware of.

I love these Cargo Pants. They have pockets in all the right places for me. They seem tough but i wouldn't say they were a light material. They are not water repellent either. I wear them for work and they are ideal for me. would buy again.

They're very baggy in the legs (waist is true). They're not very light, more mid weight.

Even it's said to be light the quality of the fabric is nearly same as the standard tactical ( cargo) panths . The waist might be smaller than other brands

I remember when I was first issued these pants for work a few years ago (a popular and prominent city in northern VA); we changed our uniforms and went with these pants and everyone I worked with (including myself) enjoyed the features and all the upgrades from the boring 'BDU' style pants we wore. Not only are these pants comfortable, but they have a lot of practical features and details. The FREE belt is a bonus, but the buckle kind of bulked out a little if you wore a duty belt with them, so I went with the velcro duty belt liner instead, but by themselves as casual wear, the belt included is just fine. They come in the usual 'law enforcement' colors, ie, black, dark navy and brown, but because of our jobs we went with the olive pants and the PROPPER tan shirts and it made for a great uniform combination. For duty wear, these are very comfortable and they held together wash after wash. I think as far as duty pants go, these were the best design for the dollar and they're very professional looking and I especially liked the straighter legs as opposed to the puffed out pockets of the BDU pants. These pants were my favorite uniform duty pants and it was a shame the day I had to turn them in when I left my job, but I definitely had to get a pair (in olive) for casual wear for hiking and camping and fishing. If you're a law enforcement official and looking to get a great pair of pants that offer a lot for your money, you can't go wrong with these. If you're looking for a comfortable pair of travel pants or casual pants for outdoorsy activities, you can't go wrong with these. They fit, feel and look great! I plan on getting some more as Summer turns to Fall.....

I have purchased Propper pants before and have been pleased. Recently I purchased a pair and discovered they were made in Haiti. Waist size was made smaller than desired , threads were showing and stitching was terrible. Pockets are narrow and can't fit my hand into it.

Ordered the navy blue which are marked on inside tag LAPD blue. They are black. Seem pretty nice, but not real soft. Should do the job intended.
