Sleep eludes me. I've tried so many things to fall asleep and I finally found this spray. I often (way too often) wake up in the wee hours of the morning. This spray is what gets me back to sleep. It sits on my headboard within easy reach of my sleepy hands. A couple of spritzes and 15 minutes later I'm back to sleep again.

This products works nicely. I keep next to my bed if I wake up in the night for a bout of insomnia. Two sprays and I am back to sleep. No groggy feeling after using.

This is the only brand that seems to work for me and my family ! Good value. Easy to use and works well! Taste is orange….. and you kinda get used to it ! We’ve used this for years !!! Go ahead and buy it !!!!

I use this when I wake up in the night and cannot get back to sleep. I have it next to my bed on my nightstand just in case. I just shake it well, then push it down and get one dose-it's all I want because it's only 11/2 mg. and you won't be groggy the next day.

Good melatonin, however if you need a heavier dose this isn’t for you. It’s good though!

To me, this spray is way better than that Rejuvia spray that is way overpriced and doesn’t even taste that good! Just a couple sprays before bed or if I wake up in the middle of the night, or if I need to fall back asleep and it tastes good…has a nice orange flavor. For the price I highly recommend!

wish it was strong to use less

I’ve never tried the spray version of this stuff, I’ve only had the gummy versions. The gummies took a lot longer to kick in if at all. I’ve only needed 3 sprays then my a** is knocked out in like 30m to an hour. Sometimes it’ll take longer but it’s a lot better than naturally trying to fall asleep which is a pain most times. The aftertaste is a bit weird for my liking but it gets the job done. So far my tolerance hasn’t gone up & trying to keep it at 3 squirts, it’s been working.
