do not give up putting it together
why did I give this product 3 stars, because of the installation process. When you move to what you think is the easy step it is like a house of cards, it comes crashing down only for you to try again, but I have some tips that you will surely meet with success. When you get to the step of adding the slats for the 3rd and 4th sides I suggest using a ratchet strap, or something like that. After fighting with these final steps more than once, I decided to strap the 3rd side about halfway down not too tight but enough to hold. I then did 2 slats on the 4th side and added a strap on that side as well again about halfway down. I completed the remaining slats, did the final step with the screws and then released the straps. I hope this is helpful for you as I nearly toss the entire thing in the pool and wished I had thought of this process sooner. After completion it seems very sturdy, and I expect to be very pleased that it should last.

Product is good but can you not order the sold separately bins?
The item itself seems to be good, easy to assemble. The issue is the two shelfs to hold bins, bins sold separately. Good luck finding the bins that fit, not online.

Recommended storage bins as accessories do not fit.
Bin is sturdy, not too hard to put together. Problem is that the baskets they recommend to order with it DO NOT FIT. They are WAY TOO SMALL.

TERRIBLY DESIGNED - UNABLE TO ASSEMBLE PROPERLY
We will be returning it if we can. Assembly is nearly impossible even with two adults. With one side completed, inserting the slats in the opposite side causes the slats in the original side to fall out. Each side crumbles like dominoes when working on the opposite side. We had it almost totally together, tried to move it into place and the all the slats tumbled out line dominoes. The unit never locks itself into place with the four corners being secure. It's a mess. Do not recommend.
