Let me say…. It’s working. I feel like it’s works the inside to the outside. I can tell the difference with my skin. It was bringing hidden things out, then clearing it up. I feel like it’s going some positive things with my digestive system. My abdomen looks slimmer to me. It helps with bloating too. I have acid reflux, so it’s always a problem. I also have IBSC and it’s helping with that. I mix mine with a little juice, tea, lemonade or water. It doesn’t taste bad.. it has a very very minty flavor. I learned quickly not to mix it with eight ounces of anything…. It’s too minty for me. Be sure to shake it really well before drinking and brush your teeth after. You’ll have a green mouth after you take it.

First, you cannot use this in hot beverages. It will curdle. Unless you want to chew it... But the taste is better than most. Try it in a sweet tea or any peppermint drink and you won't taste it at all. I had it in a mint choc chip shake that I made and it was not detected one bit. I'm going back to the gummies, though. The liquid just wasn't for me.

I'm suffering with a neurologic condition which recently made my skin smell different, not bad but I just felt like my body is crying out for some detox. Bought it without much hope but I am amazed, after first use my skin is back to normal so this is definitely effective. I used on an empty stomach in a glass of water an hour before breakfast and it does smell a bit minty when you open the bottle but when u add it to your water it's completely tasteless and u can't really smell mint anymore. It's dark green in colour and just a spoon or 2 in a glass turns water green. I love it and looking forward to long term benefits since it's worked so well on my skin scent.
