How does this compare to organic maple syrup: are any pesticides involved?

It is my understanding that the risk for pesticides being taken up into maples trees and becoming part of the sap is minimal. My reason for buying this syrup is not necessarily because it is labeled "organic." I buy it because it is pure maple syrup without fillers or corn sweeteners. You only need to use a small amount to have great maple flavor. To me it is so much better than the "name" brand syrups.

Aren't glass bottles a healthier and more natural alternative than plastic bottles?
