I’ve had this phone charger since May, 2018. I’ve never had any problem with it. While I don’t use it everyday, I do use it often. It will charge my iPhone at least twice before I have to plug the charger into an outlet to be recharged. It doesn’t overcharge my phone. It’s slightly smaller than my iPhone XR so that I can hold both the phone and the attached charger easily while using the phone. The battery seems strong still as the charger still performs as well as when I got it 2 1/2 years ago. One feature that I really like is that the cord that hooks onto your phone slips into a groove in the charger when not in use, so there’s no danger of it getting pulled, hooked on something, etc. This charger is compact, efficient and easy to use. When it eventually dies, I’ll order this same one again.

My biggest issue is losing cables, finding cables, moving cables. With this, you don't need any cables. It is 100% self sufficient. You change it by plugging it into the wall, and charge your phone by using the built in charger. Stupid simple. I love that I don't have to walk around my house wondering which plug I should use to charge it or my phone. Grab and go. No issues. Nice to the touch. Feels like another cell phone. Not heavy but not overly light. 5 stars for a reason.

Tested on multiple Apple Devices. USB port continued to function. Push button to start charging was not intuitive. Otherwise charger was stylish, light and worked well. If you intend to buy this, just be warned that you have to treat that cable like an eggshell or fine china if you want it to last.

Like the pocket-friendly shape and non-skid surface. Built in cable and charging plus are very handy. Worried about the durability of the lightning cable but have used heavily and no problems so far. Is a little bigger and heftier than the picture indicated. As others have noted, you have to learn the trick to turning it on to charge (hold the button down till all the lights are on) because there is no instruction, but it works.

No directions on how to activate charging mode. Most battery banks are activated when connected to device. You must hold button for approximately 5 seconds to activate charge mode. This direction was not included. Other than that it is a quality product that retains a charge and can provide multiple charges. Recently used on travel in France, perfect for travel. Other than lack of direction how to activate, awesome product

I bought this battery because of the lightning cable that was included. The lightning cable does not work in my iPhone 7. When I insert it into the lightning port the plugs pops out and fails to make contact. I tried holding in position and it still doesn't make contact with the phone's battery. I have to use the USB port and a cable to charge my iPhone.

This is such a perfectly designed little unit. With its built in cord I just pop it out, plug it into my phone and put them both in my shirt pocket. My phone is charging in my pocket while I go about my business. Charges fast too and no extra cords needed. To recharge this unit you just pop out the prongs and plug it into a wall, again no chords needed. There are larger chargers available but I love the compact size of this one and have yet to use up all of its power.

Lightning cord stopped working which makes it useless. I purchased it because it had the plug and the cords included in the charger. Unpaid a premium for these features yet it stopped working.
