machine works great! waiting for the IR header, but all in all impressive quality and portability. great value for money and easy to use. results are fast and accurate. one other great thing is that it arrived to Argentina in a week!

Excellent machine! Great for my small business. its a bit tricky to center your pieces at first, but nothing that a bit of practice can't fix.

Very hard to start and use for beginner. No user guide or directions, just kind of figure it out yourself. Love the quality, but still feel very uneducated and not able to fully utilize this product.

A bit of a learning curve, but this item is small and portable. We were able to laser print a piece of wood the first night!

THIS WORKED FINE FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS.THEN IT STARTING SLAMMING THE SIDES.ON FRAMING AND ENGRAVING..CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS A JOKE.OVER AN HOUR ON THIER CHAT WITH NO RESPONSE.I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.NOW I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK

I loved this machine. After two wood practice test, the laser didnt work anymore. However the 1.2 work really well. I had to return it since one of the laser is just not functioning anymore. You can see how nothing is coming out of the laser box. The one in the wood is one of the practices

Amazing product, had a simple issue with the machine wrote the seller and they were extremely helpful and fast at getting back to me, they also went above and beyond for me on getting the issue resolved. Really looking forward to new projects we have in mind to create. Thanks again for your help!

I purchased this and the Atomstack A20 Pro V2. I ended up returning both because of firmware/software issues. In addition, the IR laser just stopped working and then would flash and start up again. I completed all trouble shooting with no luck and finally sent them both back. I do not recommend.

I bought this laser without having any experience or knowledge of what I was doing and it’s been great I’ve used it a ton I’ve never had any problems it works great and I bought the R6 roller as well to to do cups. It’s a fun little machine the app that you can get works good as well. There is good videos on YouTube for this machine if you need help figuring anything out
