After doing some research on lymphatic congestion and watching a doctor on YouTube who demonstrates a technique for massage drainage, the Lifepro vibrating massage ball was highly recommended to help with clearing seven of the reachable lymph nodes and helping flush toxins and get the lymph fluid moving. I started using it on the lowest setting and go through the technique daily. I've been using for a few weeks, and love it. The Lifepro provides the perfect amount of massaging vibration to help relieve the pressure spots. Its also great as a muscle massage for my neck, and sore muscles after exercise. The build feels solid, while still being light weight. It charges quickly and is easy to use. After looking at a few other options, I'm so glad that I chose the Lifepro! Here's to better health!

I purchased this massage ball after a YouTube channel recommended it for lymph drainage. It's easy to charge with the USB charging cord provided but you need to have the plug adaptor which is not provided. The charge lasts a long time...several days with daily use. The power button allows you to shift to 4 different settings with vibration levels that are just right...not too intense but just enough to create movement in the tissues and to relax the muscles. It's pretty quiet on the lowest setting but you can hear some vibration on the higher 3 settings. The 1st setting offers mild vibration, 2nd setting moderate vibration, 3rd setting fluctuates from low to intense vibration and 4th setting is continuous high vibration. I've used this to release tension in the jaw and neck and have also used it on lymph drainage points and think it's made a difference. It's about 3 1/2 inches in diameter and weighs just over 10 oz making it small enough to take with you wherever you go. I'm really thankful I found this little tool and have found it beneficial for relaxation and swelling.

I have been using foam rollers to help with sciatic nerve pain and recovery from back surgery. I find this roller to be particularly helpful in loosening adhesion's and tightness at deeper layers of my body. The variation in vibration speed allows me to be more gentle in areas that are still tight and sensitive. And then allows me to go deeper in releasing those areas that can take a little more push. I use it mainly on my legs (all sides) as that is where I have had the greatest issues as a result of nerve pain. I was having regular muscle spasms and tightness in my hamstrings and calves. This roller has helped me gain greater blood flow to those areas which weakens and lessens the "charlie horses" as well as gives me increased flexibility. My only complaint would be that its a little short to really roll out my back. I am not a small person and though the vibration is definitely strong enough to support my weight and give me the relief I want, I wish it was a little longer so I could use it along my spine as well. I would totally recommend this item to others (I actually have already to my acupuncturist!)

This is a powerful massage ball! Several intensity settings. I've used it on my back while sitting on my couch. The bumps on it help with the overall feel. I've even carried it with me in my truck to help with back pain while driving. The usb charging is quick and convenient too.

Actually surprising me with this item itself since it is able to be used in so many different ways. I don't even mind its harder modes since you are resting lightly against the surface when it vibrates and that's the way it should be. I've used it with my arthritic hands and under muscles that have been too tense throughout my pt exercises (I can state that muscles don't react well post surgery .. I have some that can't release tension normally, so I need a home massager to work some of the tightness out. All in all, charge lasts long enough for my needs (no more than 10-15 minutes at a time). Rest between sessions for better results. It's cleanable (wipe down with disinfecting hand wipes between use). All in all decent enough. This is far better a choice than compression machines that were very uncomfortable on replaced joints and repaired ligaments, muscles and tendons

Works really well to eliminate sciatica pain down the leg, especially on the top and side are of the thigh. The intensity level is very good and once you get used to how to position it, you can use it easily on the back and glute muscles.

I have owned agility balls similar to this model..and they are amazing. I love the vibrating agility ball...but the ball I received has a usb charging port rather than the one in the picture (circle port)... at first I was glad...its easier to find a charger but when I used it, I noticed the button on this ball easily turns the unit off. On the other balls I have owned you have to hold the button down for atleast 5 seconds to turn off... the problem with the button easily turning off is when you are using it to massage with... when you touch the button it turns off.. so you have to start all over again... it is disappointing and annoying. I tried numerous techniques but could not massage with the ball vibrating without accidently turning off all the time. I would like to see if the one in the picture, with the circle charge port, has the delay shut off button feature... I will let you know if I get to swap them out!

Not only this product is excellent for lymphatic drainage.it has a lifetime warranty.

Initially I was disappointed with the roller only due to the fact it had a US adaptor not UK that I required. However the customer service was outstanding and the matter was resolved quickly and at their loss. The roller it’s self is really really good and I use it almost every morning to loosen my back up. It is much more effective that the traditional non vibrating roller so could not be happier. Great gproduct amazing customer service.

The ball came packaged well. Was a little late in arriving and since I have only just received mine and like it so far. Along with my recently started physiotherapy program, I have great confidence that this sturdy and well constructed product will help me improve my mobility and recovery from pain. The only complaint so far is that it attracts dust and pet fur so easily! Using slightly damp cloth to wipe it clean (takes a little effort) like they advise to do, works ok.

Poorly designed. The very tool that's supposed to provide relief turns itself off the moment you press it — thanks to a badly placed button on the outside. It defeats the entire purpose. They're also being sold on TEMU, which says a lot. Honestly, do yourself a favour and skip this one.
