My go-to for sleep teeth grinding. They take some getting used to, but they are so much better than the full mouth guards.

Wat too small
Don't waste your money on un this unless you have a mouth the size of a child! I tried one and couldn't get it to fit and cover the back molars! This should be advertised as child size! Absolute waste of money!

Anti-slip is a true statement .
I like the little tab that fits behind the front teeth. It keeps it from sliding around. The material is fine and not bulky and quite comfortable. I like the case for travel.

Compact Mouth Guard
I have tried several different mouth cards including custom made and boil to fit guards. None are very comfortable due to size. This mouth guard is much less material than other mouth guards which is a good thing. It isn't as uncomfortable as a full mouth guard. The guard fit without any adjustments. The package includes 10 guards and a case.

I don't know about the "one size fits all" claim, I tried it out and it's way too big for my mouth, it doesn't fit at all and does not stay in place even a little bit. So it was a complete miss for me.
