The connection port on this is really loose which causes the cable not to connect. I constantly have to push it in, move it around, and get it just right before it begins to charge. I've had this problem since I bought it. Unfortunately, I was testing the cables, but that wasn't the problem, and my time to return ran out. Anyways, I recommend other products, the connection port on this is awful.

Currently experiencing issues with this power bank while charging iphone 15 plus. Charging stops and restarts repeatedly (shown via battery life indicator flashing on phone) after transferring around roughly 20%-25% of charge. In process of testing different cables to narrow down the problem. I use this same cable with a anker power bank on power delivery with no issues though. Will update once I narrow what's going on.Update: pulled out the original iphone cable, still happened. Also tested an Anker cable, same problem. Ran a test, was at 7% on phone, battery bank fully charged. Problem started at 25% on phone. Unplugged for 5 mins. Plugged back in, seems fine but then problem happened again at 40% charge on phone. Did the same thing, happened again at 51%. Not reliable for my needs, can't be sitting there baby sitting it. Back it goes unfortunately.Updated: Did a warranty exchange and replacement seems to be working just fine now.

Relatively light, compact, effective. Great for use while traveling. Looks and feels premium.

I'm using the NB Air to power my iBasso Nunchaku and it works great and lasts many hours.

I love having power banks cause they always good to have when a power outage happens so i have good bit of them starting this year but i saw this one and i thought it would've been nice having a small one around so i wanted to see how it is.When i received it first thing i felt from it was it was very light weight and i love the design of it and having a carbon fiber frame it is really a nice sleek looking small device. Than as when i get power banks i always put them to a test by first seeing how well it charges my phone by just using it with out charging it first, And my phone was on 19% at the time and the power bank was on 3 bars when i got it and it charged up my phone up to 84% before the power bank needed charged and the whole time it was charging at fast charging so that was nice to see it can do that and my phone has a 5010mah battery so if this bank was fully charged it would've gotten close to fully charged with this.Than 2 other tests i did was tried it on my usb powered 16inch celling fan and see how long it will last and on full speed it lasted 4hours and 39mins which is expected for a 5000mah battery cause i have another power bank that is 20k and the fan stayed on till around 16-17 hours. Than 1 of my usb lighted signs i have hanging over my desk which is on low brightness i started it at around 1pm and it's after 12am now and it has 2 bars left so for how small this is i am pretty happy with it's performance and it also charges up fast after couple hours.I more so have no cons to say about this power bank i would've had one about not coming with a charging cable but it was listed of not coming with one so for me in my opinion i wouldn't say it's one and i had cables laying around and i had no issues with it so far even with a usb type c to type a adaptor and it works perfect with it also. So i do recommend it if you want a solid light weight very small power bank with pretty good battery performance and while also having the carbon fiber look to it which is a very cool sleek design and color forsure will be perfect on the go! So for me it gets a solid 5 stars and glad to have it in my collection of power banks👍

Lightest I’ve found and great for phone. However, constantly disconnects and reconnects from iPad mini. It seems to be too weak of an output for the device. Multiple different cables have no difference, and other larger power banks charge the iPad mini with no issue. Just something to keep in mind.
