As a first time juicer, I was not aware of certain criteria when deciding what to look for in this product . I also purchased the book “‘Juicing for Beginners”.I would highly recommend purchasing this guide as it is a plethora of information about nutrition as well as types of juicers.However, I found the juicer to be a nuisance. I gave this juicer only three stars bc although it is priced right for what it does, it is all plastic including the main housing but more to the point, it inadequately grinds all the fruits / vegs leaving a rather viscous juice.Dismantling and cleaning all the parts(6 in all) is time consuming. Reassembling it is difficult as well.The entire process takes much longer than the actual juicing.Do your homework if you intend to be an avid juicer. Pay a bit more and read all the pros & cons of the different products.

Very impressed with the capacity to hold items to blend. It doesn't leak at at all during the juicing and the juice extraction process. It gets a lot of juice out of anything I put in. The machine on the heavier side and seems to be made of good quality materials. I have high expectations this will stand up to the hard work I'll put it through on my diet.
