Great Wireless Video Doorbell!
When our old doorbell suddenly died, I had to scurry to find a replacement. Funny enough, the support person I called about our old doorbell recommended the Eufy! We like the idea of having a wireless setup with no paid monitoring. This was definitely the doorbell for us. Set up was super easy. It connected immediately with our Wi-Fi and has a great signal. The picture is very clear and the app is very straightforward to use. Some people might think there’s a downside to not connecting with your indoor chime, but we have it connected to Alexa, which gives us a verbal alert when the doorbell rings. The app also connects to your phone and actually sends a phone call to your phone if desired to alert you when someone’s at your front door so you can speak to them. In the settings, there are some great options for setting up motion detection if you want that level of security. For the price, this was a great doorbell choice! Our entryway is such that we also installed the doorbell on a curved wedge, so it has a straight on view when someone arrives.

Eufy Doorbell Cam: A Hidden Gem That Rivals Ring
The media could not be loaded. After 8 months of using the Eufy Doorbell Cam at my condo, I can confidently say—it’s a powerhouse. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would. This sleek little device is Ring’s direct competition, minus the subscription headaches.🔋 Battery Life & ChargingI’ve only charged it TWO times in eight months using USB-C. Each charge takes less than an hour—seriously impressive.💾 No Subscription NeededI grabbed a 128GB SD card on Amazon for just $12 and skipped the monthly fees. It stores everything I need flawlessly.📱 Smart Alerts & Custom SettingsWith battery-saving mode on, I get 12-15 second video alerts whenever human movement is detected—instantly sent to my phone. Real-time notifications? Yes, please.🛠️ Easy Setup & MountingI used $6 industrial velcro to mount it to my door—no drilling, no fuss. The app is intuitive, setup was a breeze, and it syncs beautifully with my Alexa devices. When someone rings the bell, it even pops up on my TV via Firestick. Love that.💰 All-In Cost: Under $60Between the cam, SD card, and velcro, I spent less than $60. There’s a subscription option if you want it, but it’s totally optional—and that’s a win in my book.🎯 Final VerdictSet it, forget it, and stay in the know. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This doorbell cam delivers big performance on a budget. Just buy it.

Short recording time and lack of notifications
The 1 thing I liked about the Eufy doorbell is the clarity of the videos, super clear!!!What I disliked about the doorbell is the lack of recording and notifications. I emailed to ask how to change the length of the recordings and they replied. I did as they said however the doorbell would only record for 6 to 18 seconds no more even though it was set to record for 120 seconds... By the time I walked out the door and get to the car 10 ft away it would stop recording. People/vehicles would come and go and it would not catch the movement. I had DHL come to drop off a package, they rang the doorbell which it took 2 minutes to ring on my phone by the time I got to the door they were gone. I used the doorbell for 3 weeks and the doorbell presses came up only 2 times on my phone during that time. I actually gave up on the Eufy doorbell and went back to my Ring Pro doorbell which I NEVER missed anything that was going outside or doorbell presses, also the Ring app is much easier to use. The only thing Eufy has over Ring is the picture quality.

Works well, but battery NOT removable.
This doorbell camera works well, video looks good, and is clear with decent resolution, but it has one drawback in my situation. The battery is not removable nor did the description mention that fact. Why is this important? Simple. To recharge the unit, it has to be removed from the door for charging. This means that while the battery is being recharged, you will not have video or doorbell capability. It is a fine doorbell camera if you don’t mind this, but I prefer to have an extra, replaceable battery already charged to minimize the downtime.

Love these!
It’s almost too sensitive. Easy install. Great camera video, and instead of buying the doorbell chime for we, we hooked it up to Alexa. Works so well!! You also don’t need the chime for the memory card like our back door one does. This you pop the card in the bell and you’re good! Lovw these products and saving up for the inside cameras next!

Fantastic Doorbell Camera – No Fees, Total Peace of Mind!
I recently installed eufy doorbell security camera. From unboxing to setup, everything was smooth and user-friendly. The video quality is outstanding. One of my favorite features is the two-way audio, which allows me to communicate with visitors (or deter unwanted ones) from anywhere via my smartphone. The live feed and recordings are easily accessible through the app, which is intuitive and reliable. One of the biggest advantages is that there’s no monthly subscription required. All recordings are stored locally and are fully accessible through the Eufy app, which is super easy to use. I can review motion-triggered events anytime, anywhere, without worrying about hidden fees or cloud storage costs. It did not come with Micro sdxc Card. I purchased 128GB(the max that you can install).

Good quality, good price, easy to put together, no complaints
Good product, have used Eufy robot vacuums before and have been happy with the brand. Install and setup was straightforward, product works as advertised with no concerns.

Difficult to scan QR codes
It's a brick - right from the get go. Took multiple attempts to recognize initial QR code. Then required the doorbell to recognize another QR code on phone - which it wasnt able to do. I just wanted a video doorbell that didnt require a subscrption - like they advertised! Ended up with a useless doorbell and unusable micro cards.Day later after not being able to get thru to customer serevice, I was able to scan the required QR codes and got it working . So raisiing review from one to three starts
