Has a lot of what you want in a computer.The price was very reasonable. Very easy to set up and the screen is really excellent

great deal
Item was ordered on Thursday night and delivered Saturday about 1 pm. in perfect condition. Price was right and it came with a lifetime subscription to Office which saves me $75 a year. Killer deal!

HP computer
This laptop is fast and handles images well. Even at 600 dpi, it handles updates almost instantly. I am not impressed with the adapter that adds an additional drive to it. At one time, it not only lost all the data on that extension, it did something to the sd card that totally destroyed it. I also didn't like the office software that came with it. For some reason the auto updates in one drive did not work. I had to delete the office ap that came with it and use my office 365 to get office to function properly. Overall, I like the computer but not the software that came with it.

The HP Warranty is not valid on this laptop.
Received the LAPTOP and, initially, it was working fine. After a few days the screens showed numerous odd small characters (pixels?). We called HP for support and they informed me that the laptop was built as a 16GB device (I bought this laptop because it was advertised as a 64GB laptop and there was no mention that it had been modified). HP said the Warranty was void since it had been modified . . . and they also would not provide support since "there was no valid warranty". DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM IF YOU WANT A LAPTOP WITH A MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY !
