Q: Will this work on a battery bank of 4 100ah lithium batteries

It should if they are set up in a 12 volt (parallel) configuration.

Q: It says it can charge agm batteries, but agm batteries usually aren't supposed to be charged at more than 0.1c. can the charge do that?

Not sure however it’s settings are circuit board controlled for each allowing min-max to each.

Q: Does it display the current (Amp) in real time why charging?

It continuously showed the voltage and amperage until full charge is reached.

Q: I just got this, and it's trying to charge my 12v batteries at 23.5v. There's no button to change the voltage. How do i make it 12v?

Normally it detects the battery type (12 or 24V) but you can select the 12V by touching the central button to move between modes until shows 12V
