can I replace the lens of the glasses with optic lenses?

the glasses are not designed to sweap lenses. You would have to do some cradt work with fancy tolls to accomplish that.

How much do these goggles fog up?

These goggle fog up just as badly as ever pair I've ever had except for the ones that are open over they eyes. I was extremely disappointed in these based on the fact that they were so highly rated. I suggest: buy ANY other brand.

Not sure why they would be advertised as 'purple'. Mine were clear white. I wore them to play Pickleball after eye surgery for a few weeks. Very comfortable and, as advertised, didn't fog up. Hope this helps.

How do I adjust the length the sides (around the temple)?

The adjustment takes place on the ear piece. Do not pull on the hinge or front frame. 1) Place the thumb and index finger of one hand on the ear piece near, but not on, the hinge. 2) Place the thumb and index finger of your other hand on the ear piece just past the adjustment area -- that's the open slot with notches. 3) Keep the hand near the hinge still -- do not pull. (I rested that hand on the table to help me keep it from moving.) 4) With the other hand SLOWLY but firmly pull the ear piece away from the front of the glasses. The ear piece will extend one notch at a time. I will be honest, I was scared to do this at first, as I did not want to break my goggles. The trick here is to take your time. Slow, steady pressure on the ear piece, pulling it away from the temple area you are holding firm and still in the other hand will allow the ear piece to extend a notch at a time.
