Very good pick as my work travel computer!
Touch screen for work? Very good idea! This computer is great for work, 15 inch screen size is great for travel, response speed is very fast, battery life is long enough for me while travel for work! Good pick!

Missing Office Activation but seller worked with me
I am overall pleased with this laptop. Like others, mine was missing the activated MS Office 2025 lifetime. It was installed but missing the product key. I was able to contact the seller. It is an option if you look at your ordered laptop. The seller was easy to work with. They did not have a product key for the 2025 Office edition but gave me an activation key for Office 2021 lifetime software. They should change the way the laptop is listed because the permanent Office software was definitely one of the selling points for me. I waited to write a review on this production until it was resolved with the seller. The laptop runs smoothly and otherwise is just as it was described.

Great Computer, touch Screen workings amazingly
Strongly recommend! The touch screen features works great, it is works very smoothly and have great quality for the price. The delivery are good, they are very fast and get here the day after I ordered.

Very good business computer
I wanted a no-fuss, dependable business laptop and this dell laptop delivered. Fast boot, strong performance, and the touchscreen adds a modern touch. Great buy for professionals.

Pick the join domain option during Windows Setup
Ordered on April 11th, received on April 12th. I had an option to join a domain when Windows setup ran. That's a sign the OS is probably a Pro version. I used the join domain to bypass the Microsoft account signup. I did not have to enter an actual domain name. winver confirmed that laptop is running Windows 11 Pro. I doubt the machine is running a licensed copy of MS Office Pro. Seems to want a license for activation. I substracted 2 stars from my rating for the MS Office confusion.

This dell laptop work well for my daily use. It has been a fantastic purchase! For the price, the performance is smooth—great for browsing, streaming, and light work.
