I’ve been using the RingConn Gen 2 for about six months now, and I absolutely love it. The features are fantastic, and the app is super intuitive and easy to use on a daily basis. The sleep tracking is especially impressive, and the wide range of body metrics it provides has been incredibly helpful for understanding how my body is doing overall. I also really appreciate how frequently the developers update the app and continue to add and improve features. I wear the ring every single day, including at work, and it still looks brand new with no scratches at all. The battery life lasts exactly as advertised, and charging is incredibly fast, making it effortless to keep it ready to go. Highly recommended!

This ring is amazing. I got the sizer first because i have thicker fingers. I was hesitant at the price at first but did some research and my main goal was sleeping monitoring. I have the Inspire sleep apnea implants and wanted to know how my sleep cycle is developing. The ring showed some sleep apnea so I increased my lever on the Inspire and was shocked at how the following nights my sleep cycle improved. Was great being able to see on the app how my sleep cycle developed. The ring seems to be the real deal. So many indicators just from wearing it while asleep.

This ring is junk zero star if I could I contacted customer service gave them. The serial number gave them my Amazon order number. I’m four days over the 30 day limit on Amazon and you guys give me the runaround. It has burnt my finger and woke me up from a dead sleep it heats up .. and It is so hot after a charge I can’t even put it in the charger anymore. It is literally defective. Safety issues… update Amazon took care of the issue gave me a credit … told me to throw the ring away. I told them no I would like to send it back to the manufacturer for them to test it out to see why we’re having this issue so they gave me a return label… I finally was able to reach out with the manufacturer. They seem not to care that the battery overheats or any safety issues they offered me a new one. I told them I’m not interested I do not want a new one. My finger is literally burnt. Again buyers beware the string gets very very hot. Had I not known it could’ve caught anything on fire and it’s sad that manufacturer won’t take care of any safety issues like it’s nothing. Let me tell you 23 years down the road you’re gonna see safety recalls on these things cause they’re that dangerous buy one go ahead. Wear it go ahead wake up with your finger burning, and we’ll see how you like it again by aware!!!

I was on the fence about this, but I had FSA money to burn. For the price point and based on the reviews, I went ahead and got it. Pros: -The ring sizing kit was great. True to size, although not entirely true to feel. -The ring holds up incredibly well. It is self healing somehow. It will be entirely scratched up, and then I wash my hands and it looks good as new. I am very hard on jewelry, so that's a major win for me. -It does just fine in the water. Showers, hand washing, swimming, all good. -Holds up well around toddlers. Seriously, I'm hard on jewelry! -It seems decently accurate in terms of activity. -For ladies, the period tracker is spot on! -The sleep apnea tracker is a cool feature that other rings didn't offer. -The app is free!!! Huge draw for me and one of the main reasons I went with RingConn. -The visuals in the app are great and I love the ways that you can dig into the data. I'm not a huge exercise tracker, so for me, the data is just enough. -I love that it's a ring and not a watch. I wanted a wearable tracker, but I'm not a watch person and I don't want to get text messages on my wrist all day. This was the perfect wearable biometric data collector for me. -The charging case works well, the ring charges quickly, and I've only had to charge the case once for two months of wear. Cons: -The green lights on the inside are SO BRIGHT! It's super annoying at night. I end up sleeping with my ring hand under the pillow or covered by blankets so that it doesn't bother us in bed. -The ring is on the heavier side. I have Raynaud's, so my hands get cold and lose circulation quickly. The ring easily slips off at that point due to the weight. Luckily for me, I wear it on my left index, and my right index is a little bigger, so I can just swap it over. If you don't have circulation issues, you will probably be just fine. -I do notice it throughout the day. I think that's because it's a little heavier? I don't notice my wedding band at all but I am aware of this ring. It's not enough to bother me, it just surprises me that after a few months of wearing it, I'm still aware that it's there. -The stress tracker seems off. On days when I am super stressed, it will note that I am normal. When I'm actually relaxed and having fun, it will note a higher than average stress level. -The app will only sync when you open it. If you forget to log in, it won't sync. -I would love notifications for low battery. I didn't realize it was dead because I don't check the app daily, and I missed data collection on a day when I really wanted it. My bad, but it would be really helpful to get a notification when the battery is at 10% and needs charging. Overall, I'm glad I bought it and I like looking at the data. It does help me think about being more active. It's not life changing by any means, but I'm not hugely into exercise or tracking every minute of my day. For general trends, I do believe it's helpful. I think there is room for improvement and some other features I would like to see, but for a free app and the price point of the ring, I'm really happy with what I got.

I have been wanting to have a smart ring for a while, so I did research on the choices that were out there.. I was considering the OURA but I don’t like the thickness of the ring, and they also have a paid subscription. The RingConn is very light, very thin and no subscription. It gives me all the vital information and tracking that I need, and it syncs extremely well with my Apple Watch. I have been wearing it continuously since I got it, other than the few times I have to charge it and it holds a charge extremely well I get a week or more on a charge. It has become a constant fixture on my hand and I hardly even realize I’m wearing it. It has really made a difference in my activity as I can check it and see where I’m at and it’s helping track my sleep, which is also very important. When I compare the tracking to the RingConn and my Apple Watch, they’re extremely close. Highly recommend!

Best smart ring with no subscription fee. 10 day battery life on charge. Nice features like auto workout tracking and sedentary movement warning. Can also track certain workouts with phone gps in app. Accurate step and sleep tracking. Also, has sleep apnea monitoring. A plus is small ring width making it comfortable to wear. Comes with handy charging case and charges quick. Highly recommended you try.

Arrived within 24 hours well packaged and with the cool charging stand. Very easy to set up with the app and it fits well, as expected after using the sizing rings the day before. I've only been using it 3-4 days but so far it is tracking steps very accurately and all other measurements seem to be good, the insights offered are better than a previous ring and app I had but this was more expensive. Battery life showing at full charge as 10 days which is again 3-4 days more than the previous fitness ring I had. So far this ring is all I had looked for when I compared with others, and doing what it claimed to...lets he it continues to do so.

I’ve been using the RingConn health monitor ring for a while now, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. I do a lot of hard craft work and house work with my hands, so I expected the ring to get scratched, lose its shine, or maybe even get damaged. Instead, it’s been the complete opposite. The material is extremely strong and solid – it doesn’t feel fragile at all, even when I’m doing rough tasks. The coating/polish still looks almost brand new, even though I wear it while working, cleaning, and using tools. No peeling, no fading, and no cheap-looking scratches. It’s very comfortable to wear all day, to the point where I often forget I even have it on. On the health side it’s also very impressive, It tracks sleep, heart rate, activity, and overall health metrics accurately throughout the day. The app is clear and easy to understand, with helpful charts and summaries instead of just random numbers. Battery life is great – I only need to charge it about once every 12 days, which is very convenient.

L'anello è davvero bellissimo e funzionale. Provengo da tre anni di Oura Ring da cui scappo preminentemente per due ragioni: 1) L'eccezionale durata della batteria di questo anello soprattutto se confrontato ad Oura (che nell'ultimo periodo necessitava di ricarica quotidiana) 2) Disponibilità di un'app bella e funzionale senza necessità di abbinamento mensile. In più c'è la chicca del monitoraggio dell'apnea notturna, una funzione davvero utile. Fino ad ora soddisfatto....

Extremely impressed with this technology. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks so far but I love the sleep tracking. It gives so much information about your sleep cycles and encouragement to improve certain aspects. I'll update my review in a couple of months. I love that it gives so much info without having to pay a subscription fee.
