I bought this product in lieu of the highly marketed pharmaceuticals. I don't have a thyroid anymore due to a thyroid ectomy, I also have hashimoto's. I have been on this product for about 3 weeks and I have lost 20 pounds, I have noticed a difference in my appetite by not being able to finish a meal or just simply not wanting to snack. I would highly recommend this product, and have, to anyone looking for a non-stimulant appetite curbing or controlling aid. I don't tend to eat sugary or highly processed foods. I have not changed my diet and I have not added any exercise. It's an amazing supplement that is affordable, seems to be safer than the alternative, even if you just use it for a little while for a boost in weight loss. I highly recommend it. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

definitely helped with appetite control

I have been a member with Weight Watchers for years. Staying on the point plan has been a struggle. I always felt hungry even after eating. I needed help so I decided to try these pills. I take two pills in the morning. I am still hungry for breakfast, lunch and dinner but it is so much more manageable. Plus I am not hungry during the night. I also don't seem to have the cravings for sweets as much as before. I recommend trying this product. It is only around $10.00 and well worth the cost. Heck, McDonalds breakfast is close to $10.00 anymore. It maybe just me but wow it is working for me!

This works great with appetite control. I also noticed just days after starting I'm not bloating and gassy after every meal so definely helping my gut. Will buy this again!

I’m wondering if you need more than one bottle to notice a difference. I could not notices any changes after finishing this one up.
